Today I have spent most of the day getting Basil cut, washed, dried and prepped, and ready for Dehydrating. Make sure you take the leaves off the stems. I find them to be bitter.
Dehydrating is such a great way to save space and to also have Basil for Recipes.
I hope you enjoy the slide show of how I do mine. Once your done drying simply crush and store in a air tight spice container.
